Poonji Vidhya is an online finance education platform owned and operated by PoonjiVidhya Technologies Private Limited ("Poonji Vidhya", "we", "us"), with its registered office at Second Floor, Amber Tower, O-30, Sansar Chandra Road, Pink City, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001, India. By creating an account, buying a course or using our website, dashboard or app, you agree to these terms.
1. Our services
We provide online finance education, including CFA® exam preparation, NISM certification preparation, stock-market education, AI in Finance and the FinLab lab: recorded lectures, live classes, mock tests, question banks, study material and progress tracking. CFA® and Chartered Financial Analyst® are trademarks owned by CFA Institute; Poonji Vidhya is not endorsed by or affiliated with CFA Institute or NISM.
2. Your account
- You must give correct details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Each account is for one person only. Only one device can be signed in at a time; a new sign-in signs out the other device.
- Sharing your login, or letting others use your access, may lead to suspension or cancellation of access without refund.
3. Fees and payment
- Course fees are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) on the website before you pay, including any applicable taxes.
- Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Access is given automatically once the payment is confirmed, and a fee receipt is available in your dashboard.
- Fees are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
4. Course access and validity
Access lasts for the period stated for the plan you bought. Live-class schedules may change; changes are announced in your dashboard and by email or WhatsApp. Recorded lectures and material are available during your access period while the course is offered.
5. Use of content
All lectures, notes, question banks, mocks, labs and other material belong to PoonjiVidhya Technologies Private Limited or its licensors and are for your personal, non-commercial study only. You must not record, screenshot, download, copy, share, resell or publish any content. Breaking this rule may lead to immediate cancellation of access without refund and legal action.
6. Conduct
Be respectful in live classes and when raising doubts. Do not disrupt classes, share offensive material or try to break the security of the platform.
7. No guarantee of results
We work hard to help you prepare, but exam results depend on your own effort. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam or earn any return. Nothing on the platform is investment advice.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any claim relating to a course is limited to the fee you paid for that course. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for interruptions caused by internet, device or third-party service problems beyond our reasonable control.
9. Changes
We may update these terms, our courses or our fees. The version on this page applies from its effective date. Fees already paid are not changed for that purchase.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction.
