Delete your account
For the Poonji Vidhya website and Android app, run by PoonjiVidhya Technologies Private Limited.
Fill in this form with the email you use to sign in. We'll check it's really you (we may call or email you), then delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What we delete
- Your profile: name, email and mobile number
- Your study progress, mock answers and scores, drill answers, saved notes and planner
- Your sign-in records, doubts and requests
- Your FinLab progress
What we have to keep
- Payment and fee-receipt records, kept for 8 years because Indian tax law requires it. They're used for nothing else.
- Payments themselves are processed by Razorpay, which keeps its own records under its policy.
Deleting your account removes access to any course you bought, and it can't be undone. Fees are not refunded on deletion (see our Refund & Cancellation policy).
