Refund & Cancellation Policy

Poonji Vidhya is an online finance education platform owned and operated by PoonjiVidhya Technologies Private Limited ("Poonji Vidhya", "we", "us"), with its registered office at Second Floor, Amber Tower, O-30, Sansar Chandra Road, Pink City, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302001, India. Please read this policy before you pay.

All course fees are non-refundable. Once your payment is confirmed and access to the course is given, the fee cannot be refunded, cancelled or transferred.

1. When we do refund

Duplicate payment: if you are charged twice for the same course, the extra amount is refunded in full.
Failed or incomplete payment: if money is deducted but the payment fails or your access is not given, the amount is refunded in full (or the access is given, if you prefer).
Course cancelled by us: if we cancel a course or batch before it starts and cannot offer you a suitable alternative batch, we refund the fee in full.

Refunds are sent to the original payment method (card, UPI, net banking or wallet) within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

2. Cancellation by you

You may stop using a course at any time, but this does not entitle you to a refund. We may, at our discretion, allow a one-time shift to a later batch of the same course.

3. Cancellation by us

We may suspend or cancel access without refund if these Terms & Conditions are broken, for example account sharing or recording or distributing course content.

4. Delivery of services

All our courses are delivered online. Access to recorded lectures, mocks and study material is given in your student dashboard immediately after the payment is confirmed. Live classes are held online on the dates announced in your dashboard. No physical goods are shipped.

5. How to raise a request

Email nikhil.gupta@poonjividhya.com or WhatsApp +91 78510 03243 with your registered email, course name and the payment ID or receipt number. We reply within 2 working days.
