Built for the item-set exam
Level II is a case-based exam. Each question sits inside a vignette, so knowing a formula is not enough: you have to find the right numbers in the case, apply the method and avoid the traps. The course is built around that.
- Item-set practice in every subject. Vignette-style questions with worked answers, chapter by chapter.
- Valuation-heavy labs. Dividend discount models, free cash flow (FCFF and FCFE), residual income, price and enterprise-value multiples and private company valuation, worked through with Indian company examples.
- Full live mocks with rank. Exam-mode mocks in two sessions, with chapter-wise analysis of what to revise.
- Taught by a charterholder. Nikhil Gupta teaches Level II himself, in Hinglish, with the exam’s English terms.

How classes work
You study inside your Poonji Vidhya account. Each subject is organised reading by reading: a lecture, a lab and notes. Live classes open in the dashboard and recordings appear afterwards. Doubts can be raised with screenshots and are answered by your mentor. Successful candidates report more than 300 hours of study per level, and our plan is built around that.
